Our experienced litigators assist clients in defending a variety of litigation matters, including commercial health care litigation, medical staff matters, fraud and abuse, licensing, covenants not to compete and managed care litigation, and also provide representation before state and federal regulatory agencies. We have extensive experience, both criminal and civil, in litigation matters before administrative agencies and state and federal courts.
